Our team can look back on exciting and successful projects with which we have been able to make our contribution to a sustainable future.

Project highlights

Highlights were, for example, the projects involving the use of pilot plants for thermo-catalytic reforming, where biogenic residual and waste materials were utilized, such as

• a project for the sustainable utilization of horse manure and simultaneous energy generation or
• a project for the production of sustainable hydrocarbons in cooperation with RWE
• the ZENK project to develop new production methods for climate-neutral fuels based on CO₂, biomass and renewable electricity and
• the Interpyro project for sustainable soil improvement using biochar.

In the area of Secondary Resources and Assessment, the EAG2-Rec project on the recycling and further processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment was successfully completed.

We will also continue our research in the area of recycling as part of the Innoteer project on the recycling of tar-containing road demolition waste.

In 2024, we will be exhibiting at various trade fairs where you will have the opportunity to find out more about our research.

Visit us, for example, at IFAT in Munich, ACHEMA in Frankfurt and Chemical Recycling in Brussels.

In the new year, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to numerous projects that contribute to climate protection, resource security and the energy transition.
